Job responsibilities
Join us as a Sales Supervisor and lead key aspects of sales. Boost sales by visiting customers, spotting opportunities, and optimizing routes with data. Ensure accurate deliveries and invoices. Track team performance, market trends, and competitor actions. Coordinate schedules for consistent outlet visits. Conduct regular team meetings for effective communication. Understand customer needs, explore leads, and provide solutions. Compile reports, analyse weekly sales performance with the management team.
Qualifications & skills
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum SC or equivalent.
Previous experience in client services, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Focused on customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
